What we collect
The details you give us through our forms, our website chat, phone calls and text messages: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and what you tell us about your pool, gate code and pets.
Requests made through AI assistants: when an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude sends a request on your behalf, we receive what the assistant sends (the same kinds of details as above) and keep it to arrange your service. We also keep the assistant's short note on why it suggested us, and which assistant sent the request.
Repair requests: A Clean Pool USA does not perform repairs. With your consent, we share your name, phone number, address and the problem with our licensed repair partner Playwell Pools, who performs the repair and contracts it with you. Without your consent we share nothing and ask you first.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Our web server keeps access logs (the page requested, the referring page and the browser type) without IP addresses, for 90 days.
How we use your information
To arrange and provide pool service, to contact you about your request and your service, and to improve our website and service. We do not sell your information.
SMS terms
A Clean Pool USA sends text messages about your service request and your service: visit confirmations and times, and replies to your messages.
When an AI assistant sends a request for you and says you agreed to texts, we first send one text asking you to reply YES to confirm. We send nothing else until you do, and nothing is booked until you do. After you reply YES, we send one confirmation text. Replying STOP, or asking us to stop texting in any reasonable way, ends texts at once.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
