1. Services

A Clean Pool USA provides residential and commercial pool cleaning, maintenance, equipment repair, and related services in the greater Orlando area, including Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties in Florida. Service details, frequency, and pricing are outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.

2. Service Agreement & Scheduling

By accepting a quote or signing up for recurring service, you agree to these terms. Services are scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon day. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes.

3. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to your pool and equipment on scheduled service days. This includes securing pets and ensuring gate access. If our technician is unable to access your pool, a service visit fee may still apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Recurring service customers are billed monthly. Accounts past due by more than 15 days may be subject to a late fee of $25 or service suspension. Returned payments are subject to a $35 fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel recurring pool service at any time with at least 7 days' written notice before your next scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may result in a charge for the next scheduled visit. One-time service appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

7. Liability Limitations

A Clean Pool USA carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing equipment failures, leaks, or structural issues
• Damage caused by weather, animals, or third parties
• Cosmetic staining or discoloration due to water chemistry conditions beyond our control
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind

Customers are responsible for maintaining homeowner's insurance that covers their pool and surrounding property.

8. Equipment & Chemicals

Standard service includes chemicals necessary for routine water balancing. Specialty chemicals, replacement parts, and equipment repairs are billed separately at agreed-upon rates. We are not responsible for equipment that fails due to age, wear, or manufacturer defects.

9. Service Area

We currently serve Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties in Florida, including but not limited to Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Kissimmee, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, DeBary, Deltona, and surrounding communities. Service availability outside these areas is subject to approval.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kueffer Capital, Inc. DBA A Clean Pool USA, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from hazards on your property that were not disclosed to us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
