Every A Clean Pool USA weekly visit ends with an emailed report. It lists your water chemistry readings, every chemical added, your filter pressure, and photos of your pool before and after cleaning, plus a photo of the filter gauge. You see what your technician saw, whether or not you were home.

What Each Report Includes

  • Arrival time and visit date
  • Chemical readings: chlorine, pH, alkalinity, CYA (stabilizer), and calcium
  • Filter pressure (PSI), so a clogging filter gets caught early
  • Every chemical added and how much
  • Before and after photos, plus a filter gauge photo
  • A thumbs up or down to rate the visit

Sample Report: Routine Visit

These are real reports from November 2025 on a screened pool and spa in Winter Garden, with the customer's name and address removed. On this visit, readings were steady and the technician topped up chlorine tabs.

Sample Report: Correcting pH

One week later the pH had drifted up to 8.0, which makes chlorine less effective. The technician added muriatic acid to bring it back down, and the report shows exactly how much.

What the Readings Mean

  • Chlorine: the sanitizer that keeps algae and bacteria out
  • pH: how acidic or basic the water is; it affects how well chlorine works and how the water feels
  • Alkalinity: buffers pH so it does not swing from week to week
  • CYA (stabilizer): shields chlorine from Florida sun
  • Calcium: protects plaster and tile from etching or scaling
  • Filter PSI: rising pressure means the filter needs cleaning
