A Clean Pool USA is a weekly pool cleaning and water-care company. We are not a licensed pool contractor, and we do not perform, quote, price or warrant repairs or equipment replacement. When your pool needs more than weekly care, you still call us: we take the request and connect you with Playwell Pools, who performs the work and contracts it directly with you.

Routine care is ours: weekly cleaning and chemistry, monthly filter cleaning, the $99 equipment inspection visit (inspection and written findings only), and green-to-clean recovery.
How a repair request works
- Tell us what is happening. Call or text (407) 610-7665, or use the contact form and choose "equipment concern". Describe what the pool or the equipment is doing, in your own words. Photos help.
- We call you back during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Repair requests are handled by a call, not a text, and are never booked online.
- With your OK, we share your details with Playwell Pools. Don Glenn, Florida Certified Pool/Spa Contractor CPC 1457140, quotes the work, performs it and contracts it directly with you. Verify the license at the Florida DBPR license search (search CPC1457140). A Clean Pool USA does not set or collect repair prices.
- Your weekly service continues. Your technician keeps the water balanced around the repair and checks the equipment on the next visit.
Renovations, resurfacing and new pools
Playwell Pools is a Central Florida pool contractor that designs and builds residential and commercial pools, and handles resurfacing, renovation, decks, lighting and water features. For a new pool or a renovation, go to Playwell directly:

Building a pool with Playwell? Weekly care after handoff
A Clean Pool USA is Playwell Pools' partner for routine pool cleaning and water care once a new pool is turned over to its owner. Weekly plans start at $150 per month with chemicals included, month to month, no long-term contract. Your first month is free with a three-month minimum. Each visit ends with an emailed visit report with readings, chemicals added and photos.

No. A Clean Pool USA is not a licensed pool contractor and does not perform, quote, price or warrant repairs or equipment replacement. Will A Clean Pool USA tell me what a repair costs?
No. A Clean Pool USA does not quote or price repairs. Playwell Pools quotes after seeing the equipment.
Do I have to be a weekly customer to ask?
No. Anyone can call. Weekly customers get their equipment checked on every visit, so problems are usually caught early.
I am building a pool with Playwell Pools. Who takes care of it afterward?
